HARVEST 2019 ENDS AND WE START THE VINIFICATION STAGE IN BODEGA SON VICH DE SUPERNA

The 2019 harvest in Son Vich de Superna came to an end in mid-October. The absence of bad weather in recent months has favoured the correct ripening of the grapes and an adequate level of alcohol. We have had a summer with a lot of sun and few clouds, which has resulted in a large production and high quality. In short, it has been a great harvest!

In these days when the hot hours escape and the days are shortened, November arrives, the month in which the malolactic fermentation in red wines takes place. The malic acid naturally present in the grape, helped by lactic acid bacteria, is converted into lactic acid, a softer, less lively acid, which will make the wines rounder and more pleasant.

At Son Vich we continue to work with enthusiasm and hope to move on to the next phase, we will be telling you all about it.
