Who we are?
The wine cellar “Son Vich de Superna”, in the heart of the Tramuntana, is born with the vocation of making quality wines and respecting the natural environment as much as possible. Vineyards with a thick natural vegetation cover, minimum tillage, reasoned agriculture, exclusive use of organic products and the practice of grazing sheep to control weeds and fertilizing the plots in a natural way. These practices are part of our way of understanding viticulture.
This year Sara Martínez Beltrán, an Agricultural Technical Engineer with a degree in Oenology, joined the team to take charge of the technical part of the winery. Having successfully led the 2018 harvest and the previous and subsequent work necessary for it.
Valencian by birth, she has extensive experience in the world of wine. France, Italy, Chile, New Zealand and Spain are the countries where she has worked. Different climates, “terroirs”, varieties, cultivation methods and elaboration methods make her the ideal candidate to, being a key part of the team, get the most out of our environment and produce wines that essentially reflect the Serra de Tramuntana.
