In our eagerness to express our ecosystem and our identity, research projects are constantly being developed. From the most believing biodynamic practices to the most innovative trials in the winery, pumped over with fermentation gases, closed fermentations, elaboration of long aging sparkling wines, ect…

The wine cellar “Son Vich de Superna” has already won its first prizes for its risky and innovative approach. Thus it obtained the Silver Tempranillo awarded by the Spanish Federation of Associations of Oenologists in 2016.

We are the only winery in Mallorca registered in CERVIM: Centre for Research, Study, Safeguarding, Coordination and Valorisation of Mountain Viticulture. Our wine is located in the geography of the Sierra de Tramuntana that gives it an added value, there are only 4 areas of wine production in the world catalogued as World Heritage by UNESCO.
